(1) If the forest produce obtained according to the action plan is consumed by the consumer group, the forest produce may be distributed by giving a permit as per Schedule-16. (2) When the consumer group distributes the sale of forest produce, three copies of the receipt should be made in the format of Schedule-17, one copy should be given to the buyer and one copy should be given to the concerned area forest office and one copy should be kept by themselves.
(3) The consumer group shall keep a proper account of the cost and income of the forest produce sold and distributed from the community forest.
